Callan Milani leads an exciting musical life pursuing innovative projects.
Callan is a show runner at Boosh Stoodios and an active member of California’s freelance performing and recording community.
Inspired by the musical storytelling of Peter and the Wolf, Callan creates entertaining music education series for students grades 3–5. Each interactive elementary school music program inspires children to find their joy in music.
Boosh Stoodios’ clients include San Diego Symphony, National Repertory Orchestra, and the Boise Philharmonic.
Callan plays an active role commissioning and performing works for trombone quartet in a performance series called Liner Notes featured at the International Trombone Festival and Street Symphony.
Callan has also performed with the Hollywood Pantages Theatre, San Francisco Symphony, Los Angeles Philharmonic, San Diego Symphony, Disneyland Band, San Francisco Opera, and the Skywalker Symphony Orchestra.
Callan is a graduate of the Colburn Conservatory and Northwestern University.
